What You’ll Do
Before the Event
- Assist with pre-event marketing and social-media outreach
- Help with registration coordination and attendee communication
- Help with contacting award nominees and finalists
- Support logistics, materials preparation, and event setup
During the Event
- Manage registration counters and attendee check-ins
- Support speakers, panels, and session transitions
- Guide guests and exhibitors across the venue
- Ensure a smooth experience for delegates and partners
Volunteer Roles & Availability
We’re looking for 7 enthusiastic volunteers who can dedicate:
- Some time before the event (remote support for marketing & preparation)
- Full-day availability during the conference in Melbourne
